San Remo Festival 2025

The artistic direction and hosting this year will be entrusted to Carlo Conti who had previously held this important role in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Conti will be joined, on the various evenings, by co-hosts: very well-known names in the world of Italian entertainment: Antonella Clerici, Gerry Scotti, Electra Lamborghini, Alessia Marcuzzi, just to name a few. There are 33 artists in the competition, of which 29 so-called “big” and 4 “New Proposals” of young emerging artists, who qualified through the “San Remo Giovani” contest.

This year, in addition to the traditional duets and competing songs, the San Remo Festival 2025 will also bring current issues to the stage, with artistic performances that will intertwine with the social and cultural issues of our time. The audience is preparing to experience five evenings full of music, entertainment and, as always, a lot of debate on the most popular songs and those that will perhaps become the new hits of the year. There will be no shortage of surprises and performances by special guests, who will help make the atmosphere of the festival even more unique.

In short, the San Remo Festival 2025 promises to be an unmissable event for music lovers and for all Italians who can't wait to find out who will climb to the top step of the podium. We also remind you that the winner of the Festival will represent Italy, unless he or she waives his or her right to participate, at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, which will take place from 13 to 17 May in Basel, Switzerland.
